Kids cry for help. Children as young as 8 commiting suicide. RIP
Posted on 08. Dec, 2011 by Young Parents Guide.
After 10 year old Ashlynn Conner & 10 year old Jasmine McClain recently committed suicide because of being bullied, i started researching other similar cases & found that these precious children had more than just being bullied in common. Almost all of them chose the method of hanging. So I ask u why are so many of our children hanging themselves? What makes a child as young as 8, 9, & 10 feel so hopeless & helpless that they just give up? This is so sad & i hope after watching this video u will talk to your children about the dangers of picking on someone & how hurtful words can be. & if their the ones being picked on that it will get better & protect your child at all cost! If the school wont do nothing about it go over the principals head & if that dont work go to the radio & press! Im serious if we dont start standing up for these wounded souls then it will only get worse!

The Globalization of Motherhood Deconstructions and reconstructions of biology and care (Routledge, 2010) makes it clear that that day has already come. With a focus on cross-border movement in the areas of domestic labor, adoption, and assisted reproduction, the book shows that the individual tasks that used to be bundled as motherhood have been dispersed to women scattered throughout the world and stratified by race and class. The dismantling of motherhood as we once knew it is no longer a paranoid futuristic fantasy, but rather a mostly dystopic reality. The collection of academic essays edited by Wendy Chavkin and JaneMaree Maher, professors, respectively, of public health and women’s studies, lays out a big, breathtaking picture that’s most startling in its details. Take the Indian town of Anand, once …

It Is Just A Phase By Marcus Simpson feat Edward Rhoden
Posted on 12. Sep, 2011 by Young Parents Guide.
Buy This CD itunes.apple.com Buy This CD www.amazon.com Buy This CD www.cdbaby.com It Is Just A Phase Is definitely a song that every teenager and parent should listen to, especially single mothers raising sons. The song is loosely based on a true story about a 21-year young man from the urban community. He is about to give up on life because he never did anything right in the eyes of his mother. To top it off, he is stuck at home because he cannot afford to move out and pay his own rent. He dropped out of high school and has no job, and he refuses to work as a supermarket box handler. This song, It Is Just A Phase, brings hope to the young man. I understand how this situation makes him feel. But, this will not last forever. If he believes in himself and makes the first move toward his dreams, then God will take over and turn things around in his life. Just a little project put together. Ken’s research project on Social Media! Ken wrote all these lyrics. Ever since I was a kid, I dreamed of something more One the stage, beside the fan, performing world tour Music was my drug, hip-hop was my crack But dad only believed in colleage and after-grad Don’t wanna be no doctor, unless it’s Dr. Dre Don’t wanna be no Marshall, unless Mathers the name But everywhere I go, they treatin me like a slave They tried roll my dice, and choose my fate Playing not raising, is what daddy tried to do Seeing me like a game, where I don’t get to choose To them I just virus, a diease to be tamed Little to do they know that I was destined for fame Everyone called me a dreamer, with they head in the clouds Treat me like shit, with no respect only doubt I’d be going in front of friends, but they’d all laugh me away I’d be rapping for the school but every class arrives late All they see is a wannabe Asian, just tryna be fake Tryina stir up some drama, and ruin my tape I don’t rap to impress, I don’t rap for fame, I play for myself and my love of the game, Heart, Hussle, and Soul, is all I need Tears, Sweet and Love is all bleed I sing for these moment, I sing for these dreams On the stage, on the mic, I sing to be free To all those kids out there, who’re always too scared To see their true potential, too afraid to ever care About the passion inside, to see their parents lies About their future ahead, and their career in mind See I’ve been in your …
