Did your parents pressure you into it or were you born into a religious family?
or, if you’re atheist, like me, are you just so or were your family the same?
I was born into a religious family, but I decided through experiences that the world’s a harsh, cruel, cold place where people are out to get everyone else, and so I just thought that this isn’t what a God would make, so I became atheist. My parents disapprove but hey, I don’t care. What about everyone else. Also, if your parents ARE, would you be if it wasn’t for them?

What petition should my parents file for my family?

I am the eldest child in the family. My father is a US green card holder and been in US since 1980. My mother and younger sister was already petitioned last year. I had a petition before under the single unmarried child of legal resident, but then I got married and now Im already 26 years old. What must my parents do so I can follow them in US. Im residing in the Philippines now with my husband and 1 year old daughter. What’s the fastest way to do so I can go there? My dad consulted an immigration attorney but nothing seems to happen until this time. I just wanted to be with them…help….thanks so much for those who will answer to my query. God bless =)

Is it right for some atheists to say that their parents, family members and friends are deluded?

When you say Christians are deluded then you are saying that your family members and friends who believe in God are all deluded.
Is it right to call those who love you deluded, even though you are an atheist I’m sure they don’t call you names, so why be rude and insulting to them?

Hope on the Streets: Teenage Moms

The Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries (DRMM) Genesis House I helps teenage mothers who have no where else to turn. The program teaches the mothers how to care for themselves and their children. The young mothers like Allana Wilson will leave the program with the right tools and with a bright future.
